He is a very emotional Yorkshire Terrier
and needs a lot of love and attention.
He has been neutered. He has excellent health.

During the day he will go outside to relieve himself

but at night he will need some training...

It is unknown how he would be around children since he is normally around adults.
He is fine with other dogs.
He is excellent with cats.
